Abstract

The purpose of this study is the construction and validation of a usability evaluation guide for information systems in higher education institutions, based on the ISO/IEC 25000 standard, which seeks to evaluate the 6 sub-characteristics that make up this quality attribute by applying it to the student web module, through an instrument that is fed with the subjective perception of undergraduate students of a university institution, and where 2 metrics are also evaluated that allow determining the level of satisfaction and the degree of complexity that is has on the system.
