Abstract:
The purpose of this study is the construction and validation of a usability
evaluation guide for information systems in higher education institutions, based on
the ISO/IEC 25000 standard, which seeks to evaluate the 6 sub-characteristics that
make up this quality attribute by applying it to the student web module, through an
instrument that is fed with the subjective perception of undergraduate students of a
university institution, and where 2 metrics are also evaluated that allow determining
the level of satisfaction and the degree of complexity that is has on the system.

Este estudio tiene como propósito la construcción y validación de
una guía de evaluación del atributo de usabilidad para sistemas de información
en instituciones de educación superior, basándose en el estándar ISO/IEC 25000,
en donde se busca evaluar las 6 subcaracterísticas que conforman este atributo de
calidad aplicándola a un módulo web de estudiantes, a través de un instrumento
que se nutre con la percepción subjetiva de los estudiantes de pregrado de una
institución universitaria, y en donde también se evalúan 2 métricas que permiten
determinar el nivel de satisfacción y el grado de complejidad que se tiene sobre el
sistema.
